Therapy

Chiropractic care is a holistic approach to your well-being, divided into three essential phases.

Each phase plays a crucial role in the treatment process and contributes to your recovery and general health.

Phase 1: Auxiliary Care Phase

The first step in your chiropractic journey is the Auxiliary Care Phase. In this phase the emphasis is on reducing complaints and pain. During this intensive period you will undergo frequent treatments, approximately 1-2 times a week. The goal is to substantially reduce your complaints, restore the freedom of movement of your spine and achieve functional improvement. This is a crucial step in laying a solid foundation for further treatments and your overall well-being.

Phase 2: Corrective Care Phase / Restorative Care Phase

After addressing the acute complaints, the Corrective Care Phase begins, also known as the Restorative Care Phase. This phase focuses on the recovery of muscles and other tissues, and works on the further reduction of pain and complaints. The stabilization of the spine and the optimization of the functioning of the nervous system are the most important focus points here. Specific exercises and health tips are also offered in this phase to promote recovery. The frequency of treatments usually decreases to approximately once every two weeks in this phase.

Phase 3: Wellness Phase

The Wellness Phase is the final step in your chiropractic treatment plan. When maximum improvement has been achieved, periodic treatments will take place during this phase to prevent relapse. This preventive approach helps reduce the chance of recurrence of complaints and ensures that you maintain optimal freedom of movement. Depending on the nature of your complaints, your physical condition and age, these maintenance treatments usually take place 1 to 2 times a month.

This three-phase approach ensures that you experience not only temporary relief, but also a long-lasting improvement in your overall health and quality of life.
