Therapy

The chiropractic treatment consists of three phases.

Phase 1: Auxiliary Care Phase – Active Pain Reduction and Movement Recovery

The Auxiliary Care Phase of chiropractic treatment focuses primarily on reducing complaints and pain. In this crucial initial phase, in which treatments take place frequently (1-2 times a week), we work intensively to relieve your discomfort. The goal is to achieve a significant reduction in complaints, restore freedom of movement of the spine, and promote functional improvement. This phase is essential for laying a solid foundation for further recovery.

Phase 2: Corrective Care Phase – Recovery and Stabilization

In the Corrective Care Phase we concentrate on the recovery of muscles and other tissues, with the aim of further reducing pain and complaints. Stabilization of the spine and optimization of the nervous system are the key points in this phase. Treatments are usually given once every 2 weeks. Exercises and health tips play a crucial role in this phase, where we strive for a sustainable recovery of your body.

Phase 3: Wellness Phase – Maintenance and Prevention

The Wellness Phase is initiated when maximum improvement has been achieved. In this phase, the focus is on periodic chiropractic treatments to prevent relapse and reduce the chance of recurrence of complaints. The frequency of treatments (usually 1-2 times a month) depends on factors such as the nature and severity of the complaints, the general condition and the age of the patient. This phase is crucial for maintaining your optimal range of motion and overall health.
